Camino Del Sur was connected to Camino Del Norte (4s ranch) in the del sur area in 2006. Also, Carmel valley road was connected to whatever the road is on the southwestern edge of 4s near the middle school in 2006.
This opened up things to a lot of pass through traffic.

what is equally amazing is there’s 10 homes on the same street on the MLS. granted it is a long street, but…
the backyard is essentially non-existant. who were the target buyers for these homes? you would think most folks paying close to and over $1 million would want some type of a yard…
given the lack of signficant backyard, I doubt any buyer would need to be concerned about the street noise, you’ll be indoor with the windows closed the great majority of the time.
of course there’s the same old issue of outrageous mello roos and HOA.

true, with a lot of traffic yet to come. Del Sur is only half complete. the Lakes BELOW RSF is just getting started. 4S is still getting larger. Camino Del Sur is and will be the best and most logical way to head west for all of the folks above.
