ParticipantI’ll state the obvious: most if not all were looking (or interested) to buy a new house.
Many would exit the SP office with papers in hand and drive to the section of houses still under construction.
The SP office was packed most of the day.

ParticipantJust got back from the last of 3 very nice parties in Encinitas/South Carlsbad. Spoke to about 3 dozen different people through the nite. No one seemed worried about a thing and everyone was in very high spirits. No recession here.
