What is happening?

I see a demographic shift here in Lake Forest. I have been living in this neighborhood for the last 3 yrs and each year I see more and more questionable type of people…I mean people resembling Hispanic gangmembers with shorts, tattoos etc. like the kind you would find in Santa Ana. I don’t mean to be racist but I just wanted to be descriptive. This neighborhood used to be mostly educated professionals but lately I haven’t been seeing many of those around.

Today I saw a Mexican vendor truck in my complex with blaring jingle type music and kids running after the truck, I thought I was in Santa Ana for a second!!

A few days back I THINK I heard a gunshot at about 1am and was quite terrified!

The rents are relatively high but I see many people stuffed into one apartment which is perhaps how they can afford to live here.

This past weekend I saw a group of young males around 15-17 wearing the same clothes (in Temecula) – dark blue jeans with a white t-shirt – down the street from my house.
