ParticipantSame here, this is what I seen in the area:
1. The vacant house that’s sitting for months, dead grass obviously in distress, no sign, no listing.
2. The vacant house with sign but not listed anywhere.
3. The vacant house with notice on the door that’s its a REO, but not listed (for months….).I don’t think its conspiracy, just overwork bank.

Participant“I don’t think its conspiracy, just overwork bank.”
You know I believe that, but housing tracker has inventory dropped by over 3k in 1 week.
My realtor is treating this like its a feeding frenzy out there. I can’t help but think he is not the only one. To the “Not In The Know” crowd, it may actually been seen as the market improving. So they had better jump in. At least before interest rates go up……
HOW DID INVENTORY DROP 3K IN 1 WEEK?!!&@*&#%?

ParticipantDon’t worry, inventory does not drop 30% in one week, it’s just a glitch in their system.
