Realistically the only solution to underwater home debtors is to let them
cram down their mortgages.

It will let them get a reset price they can actually afford.
It will let them be able to sell.
It will wreck their credit as it should.
it will give them incentive to keep their homes.

i know the GOP killed it in the senate, but, why isn’t it ever discussed?
