    Maybe I’m that first grader whose parents didn’t even think about skool until after I graduated from kindergarten? ZING!

    This just closed for $482k, so it would be interesting to see what Paul Barwick closes for, since they both have similar sq-ft but the one on Paul Barwick seems much better maintained.

    This just closed for $482k, so it would be interesting to see what Paul Barwick closes for, since they both have similar sq-ft but the one on Paul Barwick seems much better maintained.

    My guess is the final price for Paul Barwick would be around $500K to $510K. I was willing to pay $470 max. My realtor said, that won’t be enough.
