Yes, this definitely is priced right for the current market. Definitely not a screaming deal, unless you can buy it for $400k (20% less than asking). Late last year, something like this probably would go for mid $400k.

I would say that the seller put in about $20k to remodel the house (kitchen counters and flooring. cabinets look original builder’s grade). So they are just trying to get out even.

Must be some expensive granite and high end pergo wood floor if you think it cost $20k to do that. I’d say more like $7k ($3k for counter and $4k for flooring). BTW, how do you know those stuff weren’t there when they bought it? Listing didn’t mention anything about recent upgrades.
