Nice find. Looks like a move back to 2003-ish pricing. I think the 620 home at $995 may be looking for a bidding war. Either way, substancial drop to 3% increase over 5 years for the 645 home, but we won’t know about the 620 home until it sells, if it sells.

There is no front yard as the that space is a driveway leading to the house next to it. With that said, its a low price for a large house fronting a golf course with ocean views. Not really a family house and huge mello roos but that looks like a pretty good deal. The market said NO to it for a long time asit was on the market for a couple years between attmepting to sell then short sell then foreclosure sale.
The one down the street is a nicer location and house (same model) with a better view IMO. Owner is a mortgage broker who is also losing one in DM Meadows. The above sale will pave the way for this short sale getting approved.
These houses have high mello roos and HOA with no community facilities, mediocre schools for the area etc. Even so these are attractive prices. The neighbors cant be happy.

And the front yard was a driveway to the next door house.
I am surprised they were able to get 1.05M.
