The (Nov 7th) post is an article from Gary watts. The guy who is infamous for claiming that 15% appreciation is “in the bag” for 2006.
I think that some day bullish blogs will eventually be right, but this guy is jumping into the shark-infested water way too early. The previous shark victims are still screaming.
