    Does anyone has any link of 4s Ranch Recent listings… I have seen there is a significant drop and folks got almost 500K range pretty good houses past months. What is current situation there? are there still any bank owned or shortsale list existing? Heard about few House builders filed bankrupt or planning to file.

    Go to http://www.sdlookup.com, click on North County Inland, go to Rancho Bernardo West and click on the blue numbers. You’ll see the active listings in that area. Quite a few are in 4S Ranch.

    I have personally called on many of the short sales in 4S and many of them have offers into the lenders. They are taking backup offers though.

    How did you approach calling them? any link or any listing agents in that area?
