July 30, 2009 at 9:22 AM #439005CoronitaParticipantSo hypothetical situation.
Is there really any harm in me submitting a $600-$650k low ball, besides seller agent laughing their asses off. I mean, I know it’s totally unrealistic but then again, I really don’t mind waiting for it to go through a short sales process only for it to be rejected if that happens (not like I’m really *need* to buy)…aside from wasting my agent’s and possibly the seller’s agent’s time.

July 30, 2009 at 12:29 PM #439704SD RealtorParticipantsubmitting a new package to the lender is a chore. the listing agent will hold on to your offer and not submit it unless they dont receive anything better in the next several weeks. However absolutely nothing holding you back from submitting.
