Funny, but almost surely false – even on hottest days it does not get hot enough to require AC before 9 or so. At 7 AM it will be nice and cool and there may even be fog.
Coastal San Diego, however, it is definitely not.

Funny, but almost surely false – even on hottest days it does not get hot enough to require AC before 9 or so. At 7 AM it will be nice and cool and there may even be fog.
