– That second one… Looking at the last picture – they have pretty much exposed their childrens photos to the world. Why do that?Or am I just being paranoid?

ParticipantThe 1st one looks older but has a nice interior and is in a relatively quiet, residential neighborhood. I live about 1000ft away from there so watch out! The “old” look of this house (mainly due to the military-brown roof) is prevalent in this neighborhood. Looks to have a great dry landscape.
The 2nd looks newer (yet isn’t) but is in a high-traffic area. It is closer to shopping, this is a plus.
FYI many of my neighbors are in distress, several are in foreclosure, several are heading that way, several are considering walking. Asking prices are stil too high yet unemployment is rising, new taxes are coming, and more people are moving out than in but yippee! Interest rates are low!
