It will be interesting to see what they will try to resell it at. The home is in the cul de sac but backs down the slope to Twin Peaks. Still they should be able to turn a pretty good profit. Opening bid on that was supposed to be in the mid 400s so it ran hard.

ParticipantThe only house near the Arbolitos house that’s listing on the market is this one. It’s been on the market for 60 days now, so, obviously, it’s priced a little high. I would think this one is in a slightly better area, since it’s not backed up to Twin Peaks. Would be very interesting to see what they’ll list it at and how much it’ll close.
