I just locked into a cash out refi for a investment loan.
4.25% @ 75% LTV….
Kinda steeper (loan for investment penalty + surcharge for condo + surcharge for loan amount < XXX)
But I don't think I'll have a problem beating 4.25% elsewhere.

Do you mind telling who you used? We have an investment condo we need to refi….it is my husband’s condo from before we were married and has solid rental history for ~3 years. I believe the comps finally will allow the LTV (owe $160,000 and comps ~$220,000) to be good enough to refi. He has a 5.25 rate now and it is freaking me out watching how low the rates are.
