Many ways to intepret that one.January 22, 2010 at 11:43 PM #504742scaredyclassicParticipantpeople keep telling me at work that I’m crazy for not buying a house this minute and it’s a great investment. i really would like to see a touch of pessimism out there about future prospects before calling an absolute bottom…but maybe that’s too old-fashioned in a world where the government guarantees your house’s value…i am feeling like even if it is the bottom all the future gain-potential is being sucked out and that I will never live to see any appreciation…not that it matters. screw it…who cares…
