    Note: some of changes are due to reporting day. Properties tend to get listed at end of week so inventory should peak on a Saturday. Properties tend to go into contract over weekend so inventory should be lowest on Mon/Tues of each week.

    Sneak peak ats what ahead. Anecdotally I have seen a bunch of new listings come on but inventory keeps dropping. Things are selling faster than they are coming on and inventory is below 6,000 at this moment in time.

    Sorry for spotty updates. Just got through throwing the biggest party of my life and it has taken every spare moment I had the last several weeks. More of the same inventory wise.
