Waterpark in 4S Ranch?

I was touring some model homes in 4S ranch this weekend when I overheard some guy and his wifing asking questions about a rumor that a waterpark is being built in the North East part of 4S Ranch right at the foot of the hills. I have done lots of google seaches but haven’t seen any news in this regards.

Does anyone know or have heard of this? There is no way that a water park can be built in a residential area like this.

Here is an article regarding the one they are trying to start around Temecula. My employees were talking about this article the other day. Land is a little cheaper in this area, than 4S Ranch.

Thanks Tuba. I am wondering if they might have reconsidered Temecula and managed to buy land in 4S. In the North East section there is still a huge piece of land that is fenced off and doesn’t look like it is going to be used for residential.
