    I have heard that there is 52 sq ft of retail space built in this country for every man, woman and child alive. Sounds overbuilt to me…

    At least someone is buying. Saving hundreds of dollars on extra 1% means you may spend 10K+ at the mall. They should send a limo out to pick up high rollers.
