22 vacant storefronts in Parkway Plaza, which does not count kiosks. Wow looks like El Cajon is making taxes hand over fist, as all the businesses die off. Will El Cajon have a sales tax base by the end of February? There are for lease signs all over in El Cajon.

A banker friend told me that Rancho Bernardo has 35% commercial vacancy rate, I am sure that is because of the high tax code as well
