such lists are worthless but nevertheless interesting.
Me, I don’t have kids and I’m healthy. So I don’t care one bit about schools or health care (not for myself). I would be fine living in a low tax country with few social services or public infrastructure such as freeways and libraries.
Quality of life is also a state of mind. Some like the suburbs, some love the city. It depends what you want.
But still, I do think that European countries such as Finland and Sweden provide better “quality of life” for that imaginary “average” citizen.
