I’d love to chat with growing families who have opted to expand instead of sell. Or people who are handling the upkeep on two homes that they own while one is on the market. Or people who have had to add a new roof or redo paint (or whatever other project) on a home that’s been on the market for a while. And perhaps there are people reading this who are upgrading their homes that haven’t sold to make them more appealing.
