Trustee sales not recorded?

Are trustee sales normally recorded? I have come across several times where it didn’t seem like, maybe it just “takes time”. Here is one example:

“Owner purchased home through a trustee sale and is a real estate broker.”

If this was purchased at trustee sale by a private party then yes, it will be that buyers responsibility to record the transaction. It is not mandatory that they do it but it is for thier own benefit. Usually the will do it sometime before they move forward with the flip.

Looks kinda like astro turf but the squares indicate real grass, no? Anyway I’d put astroturf there.
