ParticipantI thought the low end went up fast but it seems like the high end went up even faster. This $900k house sold in 03/26/2004 for $945,855 and in 05/17/2005 for $1,595,000. That’s over 50% rise in a little over 1 year. NIt went up crazy fast, so it’s not too surprising it’s going down crazy fast. But it’s still only around early 04 price, which, in the big picture, is still holding up much better than the rest of the market, SO FAR.
