I was thinking what I would do if I were China. Just like Trump, I would mobilize nationalism and greatness. I would buy agriculture from Brazil and Argentina. Then I would develop a “Marshall plan” to foster trade to lessen dependency on the US market. Wait they already have OBOR.
Trade escalation often leads to war. Look back to history for guidance. Someone will need to blink first to avoid war.
