    I see the trend but just curious what is the source? Driving around in Ocean Beach and Point Loma, it just seems like there are more than 26 offerings on the market.Right now there are 51 houses listed in 92106 and 92107, if you count condos then add 15 to those numbers.

    I used SD lookup for 92107 and 09.

    The site does miss some multifamily listings, as in duplexes and triplexes.
