Until last week, I was receiving updated property listings as they came active or changed price/status via email from my broker — they had my email account set up with Tempo/SandiCOR.
Apparently, San Diego County was cut over to a new MLS system running Paragon software yesterday. So no updates to the Tempo site since this weekend.
Interestingly, checking realtor.com and listingbook.com also shows no new listings at any price since yesterday. Anyone on the I.T. end of things know when realtor.com and listingbook.com will start picking up listings from Paragon?
Will search updates set up on Tempo be migrated to Paragon, or do I have to ask the broker to set up new searches? Any way to get access to be able to search listings on the MLS as a non-broker (minus private comments, etc) like on the old listingbook.com?
Paragon, is by a long shot,the worst MLS system for end users in the United States. Tempo, was so end user friendly that it’s very difficult to get used to a pathetic MLS system like Paragon. MLS providers like Pargon, because it’s cheap and they make a lot more money. Tempo costs more, but, is certainly worth every penny. The Real Estate MLS system operators are, unfortunately, driven by greed, not, by end user satisfaction. Shame, shame, shame, on Sandicor, you lousy rotten people.
