Off topic “coronavirus”

I see employers do this all the time- when they want to save money they freeze or take away stuff from the non-unionized employees while the unionized ones keep on getting their raises.
I realize the contracts say they have to keep getting raises but this was a sensitive issue where I work. During the last union negotiation our management proposed a lot of money saving measures to the unions that got beaten back but were imposed on us non affiliates. Those spineless management bastards only pick on those they can.

The govt did lie for decades about there being no potential medical use for weed and locking up lots of people for possession.

It’s enough to make one understand why one would never believe anything the Gov ever said again.

However, now that weed is legal, it seems to cure everything.

Well it prolly doesnt, but it definitely helps with some things. The gov. Penalized it same as heroin, sched 1, no posdible use, therefpre no research, therefore no one could research whether there was possible use.

The UK is almost another state in USA. Boris Johnson is actually very intelligent and not dumb like Donald Trump. But he plays the idiot for his base. As a journalist, Boris Johnson used to write shit about the EU just to satisfy his readership. It’s like Fox News saying shit about California for their viewers.

The problem is countries where Rupert Murdoch operates. It’s all about riling up people for political gain, not educating citizens. In the long term that creates division and weakness.
Yes, I have been to many countries. I used to travel abroad several times a year before I started investing in real estate which requires a lot of remodel and management. I’m glad I saw the world before it developed. That’s how I can honestly can say that the development has been amazing.
