ParticipantCongrats….we’re also about ready to enter the dark side…ha ha. I’ve been on the USA real estate sidelines for the past 6 years waiting for it to fall. We will be buying this year so know what you are going through.
I think if you’re buying for the long term and buying a home to live in vs. an investment for the long term..now is an ok time to buy.
