ParticipantYour new home is just stunning, lifeizfun, especially what appears to be a 16-20′ high vaulted rock fireplace . . . and ANOTHER shorter one, outside! And the really nice guest house is just a bonus! I’ve seen homes like that in South Lake Tahoe, Marin and Mendocino Counties in NoCal, and Colorado along the front range and in Steamboat, Aspen and Telluride but VERY FEW with that tremendous quality and detail in SD County. One on the west side Mt. Helix came close, but didn’t have the space of yours and needed work, due to age. Your new place is “one in a million.” Good work “stumbling upon it!”
You sure get a lot of bang for your buck out there, lifeizfun! And buying at the right time helps a lot, too. Congrats to you and your family! I have no doubt you (and they) will enjoy this property for many years to come!
