This has been a trend lately, ‘pendings’ and ‘solds’ have been picking up.
Don’t bother commenting back that more were listed than sold so inventory isn’t changing. blah blah
These sound like typical BLAH Nov/Dec sales. A trickle of sales, a trickle of new listings.
I think you answered your own post. The market is Blah!December 7, 2007 at 1:47 PM #111708(former)FormerSanDieganParticipantThis has been a trend lately, ‘pendings’ and ‘solds’ have been picking up.

halfway through today on 12/7/07 there are 7 withdrawn listings and 5 cancelled.
Seems more people are giving up, then properties being sold. I expect to see these homes back on the market after the holidays.

December 10, 2007 at 8:25 AM #112805RatherOpinionatedParticipantI’m sure there are many homes listed on the market for people who were just testing the market to see what they could sell their homes for, and if they don’t get the price they want (which they won’t), they will end up just staying put. So how is that accounted for in the inventory numbers?
