CoronitaParticipantI am out 1 day selling my biz, and I miss all the fun!
Whohoo page 8.
Allen, this stands for don’t feed the trolls.
Anyway, it should be pretty obvious what paddyoh is trying to do. He’s trying to get folks riled up and wander on over to his blog and start posting so that it can appear there is enough credence in his blog. Why else does he keep posting a link to it in every reply?
Classic antagonist/protagonist. And all this “content” is great for indexing on search sites like google.
That’s why I love wasting bandwodth here and will never venture to his blog. No discussion/conflict, no content, no blog, no dollars from google.
You got to think in terms of jerry springer π
Also, someone that leaves dns trails all over the place obviously is new to this.
And dude, and I mean this in a complementary way, your fallbrock honkieness with them guns and amno, ballastic shielding, ford truckin is as americanism as ones gonna get fer sure π

Participant
IMHO, your purpose will be better served if you get on GM’s back and demand a better product at competitive price. No amount of blaming ‘foreign’ companies will do any good…
I just don’t think that idea would work. But thanks for the input.
I like my idea best. So far. But I’m still listeneing.

So I take it that you wanna pick on someone who’s smaller? Toyota/honda are too big to attack?
IMO, they are just too firmly entrenched in the American psyche.
I’m just the small cog trying to find something I think is actually doable on a grass-roots level to help out.
I was there when yoda and honda wisely took advantage of our situation back in the 70’s.
I refuse to sit back and watch it happen again with Hyundai, then Kia, etc, and not speak out about it.
And I will not be bullied off my point (not directed at you). I sat back and listened to all the “whose car is better” dialogue – which is all well and good.
But, I stick by my challenge. If you have a better idea – actually doable by “Joe Sixpack” – I’m all ears.
I believe in my cause. I, like probably most peeps here, have better things I could be doing with my time.
