Interior of the MDX feels cheaper than the FX, but the space and price was the deciding factor. We just made a road trip this last weekend and did use the 3rd row w/ 2 car seats in the 2nd row. Still have plenty of space for luggage for 4 people and 2 babies. With the amount of kids we plan to have, we’ll make full use of that 3rd row eventually.
