ParticipantSince I remember touring the models which ranged from $160K’s for the small 2br to $180K’s for the 3br, it’s hard for me to get excited about prices dropping to the $400K’s. Wake me up when they reach $250K.

ParticipantYou’re right, 2 and 3 beds. Even though the 3 beds aren’t much bigger than the 2’s. (One room is almost divided into two).

ParticipantThe smallest model is around 1100 sq-ft, then the 3 bedroom models are 1390 sq-ft and 1610 sq-ft is the largest one. I’d consider 50% more sq-ft to be quite bigger. Especially since all 3 models are 3 stories, you’ll feel the difference in the common areas.
