Thoughts on Wateridge in Sorrento Valley

I’m interested in the block of Wateridge townhomes in Sorrento Valley. Recently a bunch of the 3/2 units sold for low to mid 400’s, which seems like a decent price for this location. Anybody have any incite or opinions on these units? There seems to be one up for sale right now for 450k and a bunch that are entering foreclosure.

Wateridge is a great area. I rented there last year. Very quiet, especially during the weekend where no one is at work. The rent for the largest floor plan is around $2100/month.

Nice, but wait for the NOD’s to come in over the next few months. Then step in at the mid 300’s for the 2 beds. High 200’s for the 1 beds.

No schools, but perfect for single or newly wed couples. Also easy to rent out.
