Its all about two things. First and foremost generating buyer leads. Second, satisfying sellers who want to see their homes advertised (even though it is a very ineffective media).

Lots of sellers are taken with glossy ads and pretty pictures.One high-ranking agent with Pru once told me that the only purpose in those ads was to get new listings from sellers impressed at the ads.
