    those little promo ad books — whata re they about? I saw a listing in there for the house we made an offer on a short sale two months ago, house is off the market under contract, back up offers only, and the price listed int he book is LESS than what we offered. whata re these ads about? are they just to try to get people to call that particular realtor and establisha relationship/ have i been under the mistaken impression that those books were about actual houses for sale? odd…
