AK are you in SoCal? If so you don’t know what cold is.. π We heated our house in CT with oil or wood, but step outside and you’re on the frozen Thames river…
I have a coffee machine in the attic somewhere… You’re right I should be using it but I’m kinda on autopilot in the morning so wake/shower/go to the office… At the bottom floor of my building there’s a starbucks so I pop in for a cuppa. All part of my morning routine and it’s hard to break since I like to look at people. Then it’s up to the office for hours of monitor staring.

April 2, 2008 at 9:57 PM #179972AnonymousGuestTalking about cold, I grew up in the “windy city” (Chi town) and in winter it got cold . Now, living in So Ca so 20+ years, I can’t stand the cold. Some people take cold far better than others. The last guy I dated wore flip flops and went without a jacket in the winter here. It’s nowhere near Chicago, but it’s considered desert (Temecula valley) and I just can’t run around in flip-flops during the winter at night.
