This is on the corner of Grape and Columbia. Do you like exhaust fumes, and the roar of vehicles and jet engines? If so, this is the place for you. I’ve looked at units there before. The whole building is a pit. It’s an AMSI rental property converted to condos, blech. You can put lipstick on a pig, but when you gaze into her eyes, she’s still a pig.

That sounds pretty decent to me considering rent will most likely go up over time, which will increase your ROI. The question is, can it really fetch $1800/month in rent?
And $1200-$2400 profit assumes you’ve got it rented 12 months/year. I think vacancies and maintenance are likely to wipe that profit out completely in the long term.
