Wow those were some busy hippies! Cool vid.I find the homes in San Diego do not suit my preferences at all. Is the permit process too strict here to allow beautiful houses to be built?

Or maybe you can get a fancy prefab home.

I wonder if there are any cool prefabs.
Spoke to a builder today. He said what I wanted would run about $230 per sq. ft. not including land. That makes a 2800 sqft home around $600K. Dunno what a few acres in Coronado Hills would be. Then there is water and electrical, permits and plans… (he mentioned maybe $200 per sqft is possible).
…sigh
well, not giving up yet.
