EconProf: Amen. And, sadly, this is where groups like the Tea Party movement miss the larger, and broader, point. In engaging in this furious, and misguided, populism, they lash out at everyone and everything that they perceive as “the problem”, without realizing that “we” (the people) are the problem.

Black although usually associated with the dark side is actually a good thing to be in when talking accounting. “It’s all an illusion, now take your happy pill and go to sleep”. I am going out to dinner tonight, to stimulate the economy and my taste buds. Pray for me that I don’t get sucked into a store somewhere and buy an IPad or something.
