Participantit is difficult for me to trust a realtor. in general. im like a guy who went thru a horrid divorce and thinks all women are bad. realtors make money off housing transactions. they cannot take a moratorium even if they knew 100% the market were going down, hard. ya gotta sell houses. no breaks. that’s cool, that’s life. no hard feelings. just don’t trust realtor’s opinions generally, in the sense that they really know anything, or that if they did, they couldbe completely honest with themselves otr others. I remember this loan broker telling me post-crash that he was happy becaus ehe’d never put anyone into a bad loan. i felt like laughing at him but he was serious. crazy, the stories we tell ourselves to remain sane. that doesn’t mean a realtor cannot tell thetruth, or is tellingt he truth. just that, well, im wary. scared. kinda edgy. feel liek im beng hoodwinked. maybe. maybe not. im tender. hurt. afraid.

Participantdudes, chill. sdrealtor is a solid guy and if one or two of you would take the time to really read and _understand_ what he posts, you could learn a lot. as he said, he doesn’t need anyone to defend him, but it’d be nice to see the personal attacks stop. piggington’s is a better forum with skilled, knowledgeable realtors on board. sure, realtors in general may have less than stellar reputation in the minds of more than a few people, but to discount all of them is simply foolish. nobody wants to be a fool, do they?
