Its my neighborhood. I know with 100% certainty which houses they are on based upon the street name. If I want to I can check the loan balances and default amounts on the tax records. It is very easy for me to make apositive ID because i know the situations behind each of those homes and have for years. I have tools you dont.
The people on this blog who were around know who I am talking about and that is who I am speaking to. People have stood up to me since day 1 around here and I encourage that. I encourage asking questions and challenging opinions. There have been some great posters around here. Sadly you are not in that group.
Yes that is exactly what i am claiming. Someone intimiately involved in a market with the education, skills and experience to interpret what is going on and speaking honestly is always the best source, not some tool cutting and pasting in cyberspace. If you could find a used car salesman like that they too would be a great source possibly the best source of info on buying a car.
I could care less that others lack training, experience or knowledge. They arent good sources of information. There are realtors out there that have tons of training, education, experience or knowledge. You paint with too broad a brush and that is your downfall.

Without an account RealtyTrac also does not give you the loan balance or default amount so how can you cross reference those figures from your sources with RT’s when you don’t have RT’s specifics? You can’t. How dumb do you think readers of this forum are?
RealQuest??? You discount ALL sources of actual data because it does not jive with your realtor on the street conclusions and I’m the one that paints with too broad a brush?

October 4, 2009 at 12:09 PM #463571Rt.66ParticipantTic, tic, tic fabricating realtor desperately thinking of a cleaver out (try using more detail).
Dude if you have to admit you lied don’t make too big a deal over it. A realtor admitting they lied to make the market look better than it is, is not going to make the evening news and the reputation of your industry is not going to take any sort of hit that can make it sink any further. It’s a non event.
