Believe it or not the SD/OC/LA population is still growing at a very rapid rate (with both domestic migration and a lot more immigration from Asia ” both legal and illegal immigration)
That just does not ring true with my recollection, based on news stories. Sources?

I will need to find this info again, but basically (short term blips aside) ,
Over the long term socal grows at the rate of about 1600 people a day, that’s about two Temecula valleys a year.
I will see if I can find that gov info again.

Also IMO (I will go out on a limb here), This winter 2009/10 season is probably going to be the last best chance to find a super deal in the LA/OC/SD region.
Where in the LA region would you find a “super deal”?October 3, 2009 at 9:23 AM #463424ralphfurleyParticipant
