it’s difficult to believe, but people are still paying on huge crazy mortgages. i was tlaking to someone who is paying close to 4k for a mortage on a crappy tract home could probably be paying less than half for that, a rent payment of probably a third. . TOO MUCH! how can people hold on? amazing; there must be some deep dark irrational spark that moves poeple.
