    That’s some great monitoring.

    I haven’t been so diligent w/individual properties, tracking them, but one particular one at the beach, 1844 Law, 92109. It was listed on and off since last summer. Very nice place. No dead lawn. It got the NOD sometime around Sept/Oct. Foreclosure was scheduled sometime end of April/beginning of May. It’s not in the MLS any more. Pretty confident the bank took it back. They have not listed it yet.

    OK now let me see if I understand this …and I’m sure gdcox is going to beat me to the draw here. If you are an FB caught in the ‘land of NOD’ it’s a case of 2B or NOT 2B.
