That’s some great monitoring.
I haven’t been so diligent w/individual properties, tracking them, but one particular one at the beach, 1844 Law, 92109. It was listed on and off since last summer. Very nice place. No dead lawn. It got the NOD sometime around Sept/Oct. Foreclosure was scheduled sometime end of April/beginning of May. It’s not in the MLS any more. Pretty confident the bank took it back. They have not listed it yet.
