ParticipantWhat will happen to Hemet/San Jacinto area, if Temecula goes to $90/sqft? This is too scary, I don’t even want to face it.

ParticipantI been to Hemet once, and that’s one too many
I share this same sentiment. I went there once and that was enough.

ParticipantThis tickles my curiosity. I have driven through Hemet/San Jacinto a few times and didn’t see anything unusual. They are surely not highly desireable places to live. But if you want some perspective, see what it feels to live in Cudahy

ParticipantGood ole Cudahy, I used to work there in late eighties. Definitely not a place to live, mostly industrial anyway. The problem with the Maywood/Cudahy police dept. is, most the population in Maywood is illegal immigrant. So How you suppose to enforce the law where almost everybody is breaking the law just by staying in the city?
