Bugs, are those banks any of the BIG ones? Countrywide, BoA, Wamu, etc.
esmith it looks to me like that site lists foreclosures which are for sale. The original question was if banks are repo'ing homes then not putting them up for sale.
I’ll admit I don’t understand the intricacies of the repo process. I would *think* that since the auction numbers are trailing the bank-owned numbers that something is slowing the process down. Maybe its just how these things work.
