Yes Prop 10 would have instantly made all California SFH’s less valuable.
I think that if that had passed most Mom and pop landlords would have thrown in the towel and said “that’s it I am out”.
I have converted my condos to monthly furnished rentals. You can even do with houses.
The internet is changing business models. Adapt and thrive.

Except that we wasted, and are wasting a lot of money on the military. Republicans love the military and Democrats are afraid to be painted as weak. We’re still in Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria….
Meanwhile, Intel wants the gov to get involved developing AI. Really? government is the solution?
