First congrats TG,
Now that we got this new administration itching to spend money on infrastructure ,
One wonders if we will get that freeway built down the 76 route,
Also I think we may finally get that rail line to corona maybe ???Also anyone know what that thing is they are building off the 15 between California oaks and Murrieta hot springs road ???

I live there too and that zip has some of the highest ppsf and lowest % of defaults of any urban zip code. There are currently lees than 90 default and lis pendens actions in the dump.
